Adrian Ryan (1920 - 1988)

Educated at Eton, Ryan trained as an architect before joining The Slade to study Art. He shared his first studio with Augustus John's son Edwin. Ryan exhibited regularly at London's Redfern Gallery and the Royal Academy. His work is in the permanent collection of the Tate Gallery, as well as public and private collections around the world.
